Meet Your Host!
I'm so glad you're here! My name is Courtney, the creator of Empower HER. I'm bringing the concept of a women's conference to rural Southwest Minnesota in order to connect like-minded women, inspire you to be who you were meant to be, and just give women a place to fill their cup.
Born and raised in Southwest Minnesota, I have been surrounded by influential and trailblazing women. My mother owned her own beauty salon, and my three big sisters have all shown me what it means to be a business owner, a mother, hard worker, friend, and all-around go-getter! With such amazing influences, I knew that my future was bright. My husband and I farm in the region, where we're raising three wonderful kids alongside my incredible in-laws. We're so very blessed to be on the path where God put us!

Come together in community with other women and listen to inspirational, local speakers. This is a one-day event. Bring your girlfriends, sisters, mom, daughter, neighbor! Women of all ages are welcome.
