I'm often asked, "What made you want to host this conference?" Plain and simple, I think the women in our region deserve an event catered to them that allows them to pour into themselves, with impressions and connections that last a lifetime. Not only that, but the women in Southwest Minnesota have stories that need to be told.

We can learn from each other. We can build each other up. We can lean on each other in tough times and cheer for each other when we succeed. We are more powerful when we empower each other.

At the Empower Her annual conference, women come together to network and make connections that foster success, both professionally and personally. Women will feel true empowerment in motherhood, rural life, entrepreneurship, and faith. Real life is shared and uplifted at Empower Her. While attendees take in the day, they will learn that they have everything they need to live the life they desire.
